Metro air pollution getting worse

The Environmental Management Bureau (EMB) noted on Thursday the increased values that measure air pollution in Metro Manila, stressing that air quality in the National Capital Region (NCR) is still dirty.

In the EMB data, the number of total suspended particulates (TSP), the measurement of pollution, increased from 131 micrograms per normal cubic meter (ug/Ncm) in 2007 to 138 ug/Ncm in 2008.
