Yuchengcos face new estafa charges – PEP

Aggrieved preneed planholders are set to file more syndicated estafa charges against executives of Pacific Plans Inc. (PPI), which is owned by the Yuchengco Group of Companies, according to the Parents Enabling Parents (PEP) Coalition.

The coalition president, Philip Piccio, disclosed the plan Wednesday during the preliminary investigation conducted by the Department of Justice on the syndicated estafa charges filed against 21 Pacific Plans executives, including Ambassador Alfonso Yuchengco and his children Helen Yuchengco Dee, Alfonso Yuchengco 3rd and Yvonne Yuchengco.
