The joy of cooking in a SMEG kitchen

Chef Moreno Mattei, owner and executive chef of the Balducci restaurant in Serendra, served a special lunch menu recently showcasing the cuisine of Emiglio Romagna, home of SMEG in northern Italy. The meal, savored to the last bite by a lucky few guests, was composed of sliced grilled sausages for starters and a choice of either a grilled seafood or meat selection, after a fresh salad and a pasta dish.

The hot dishes were prepared on a SMEG griller.
