DILG relieves BFP officer, 11 others over hazing allegation

The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) on Wednesday ordered the relief of the head of the Fire National Training Institute (FNTI) and 11 fire officers over alleged hazing activities.

The DILG said FNTI chief Fire Superintendent Wilberto Rico Neil Kwan Tiu has been reassigned to the Office of the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) chief pending an investigation of the DILG.
