Imelda Marcos sues PCGG for graft, fraud

Former first lady Imelda Marcos Wednesday filed graft and estafa (fraud) charges against commissioners of the Presidential Commission on Good Government for allegedly selling some of her family’s properties and corporations worth almost P2 billion even if they were not subject of any forfeiture case.

Marcos personally filed a complaint-affidavit against PCGG chair Camilo Sabio and commissioners Ricardo Abcede, Narciso Nario, Tereso Javier, and Jaime Bautista before the Office of the Ombudsman Wednesday morning.
