‘Re-shuffle won’t save GMA’

A Catholic bishop who is a consistent critic of President Arroyo yesterday said a reshuffle in the Cabinet the other day will not save the administration from being a lame duck until her exit.

“The administration is already running (on flat tires). It is already counting its days at the helm. Playing musical chairs will not save it,” Lingayen-Dagupan Archbishop Oscar Cruz said on the Church-run Radio Veritas.
